In an attempt to keep the use of paper, ink, stamps and shoe leather to a minimum, HCRC prefers to publish its news digitally by e-bulletin. We already have over 1100 names on our e-database who receive regular updates at the press of a button. The addition of your name to the list would be very helpful.
